Worked collaboratively with Harvard’s T.H Chan School of Public Health to develop a credible outlet where people can find researched and updated information on the current COVID-19 situation.

Challenge In the beginning stages of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the world was bombarded with information – there were varying theories on what to do to protect yourself, on how the virus spreads, whether the general public should be wearing masks and much more. There was conflicting information coming at us from all angles. This was a huge obstacle for key decision-makers, employers and the general population. And as a result, a trusted, educated and objective source was desperately needed.

Solution PHG and HSPH worked together to determine how to get the COVID-19 updates and trusted content to the world. Our organization developed a subpage on the ForHealth.org site that is dedicated to COVID-19 updates, including a “What You Can Do” section that provides users with a variety of “how-to” tips for protecting their home, traveling safely, receiving packages and more. The page also includes a “Some Voices We Trust” section that lists vetted professionals' and academics' Twitter feeds so the user can find additional and reliable sources of information.
