Challenge Although they had never attempted it before, BUSH’S® set out to launch a direct to consumer site, offering select innovation products for shoppers to try.
Solution PHG took ownership of the site, guiding and working with numerous BUSH’S internal teams to build out the execution checklist and launch plan. This required support across various components including site design, product imagery and messaging creation, fulfillment partner vetting, app integration, analytics and media monitoring and other areas to work toward go live.
