SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Adam Jwaskiewicz, vice president of digital services, and Trisha Freeman, a senior art director, at Pinckney Hugo Group, have been named to BizEventz’s 2018 “40 Under FORTY” list of honorees. Jwaskiewicz and Freeman will be recognized at the 21st annual “40 Under FORTY” Celebration & Awards Program, at the Oncenter on Nov. 7.
Each year, 40 young professionals under the age of 40 in the Central New York region are recognized for excelling in the workplace and giving back to their community. Winners were chosen by a panel of independent judges that included community leaders and past recipients of the award.
As vice president of digital services at Pinckney Hugo Group, Jwaskiewicz is responsible for providing creative and strategic direction for digital marketing campaigns and services, creating and executing development strategies, and overseeing all digital activities and projects for local and national agency clients, including the concept and design of websites, digital advertisements, emails and other digital marketing materials. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Art and Design at New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. Jwaskiewicz has been instrumental in the growth of the agency’s digital department over the past decade by building a national support network of strategic partners to help increase the web services that the company can offer to clients. Outside of work, he volunteers his time at Willowfield Elementary in Liverpool and frequently participates in local fundraising walks and runs as a member of the Baby Boot Camp Team.
As a senior art director in the agency’s creative services department, Freeman helps set design direction, develop creative concepts, and creates print advertisements, collateral and direct marketing pieces for agency clients. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in advertising design from the Syracuse University College of Visual and Performing Arts. Along with her professional responsibilities at Pinckney Hugo Group, Freeman is a member of the agency’s social and house committees, which promote collaboration between employees and a positive and healthy work environment, respectively. Outside of the office, she has lent her time to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Central New York as a member of the nonprofit’s Young Professionals Advisory Committee (YPAC) and served as the co-chair of its event and marketing committee.
Since 2007, nine total Pinckney Hugo Group team members have received this honor.
