SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York has appointed Colleen Kernan, vice president of corporate communications at Pinckney Hugo Group, to 1st vice president of its board of directors. She is one of six executive committee officers on the board. Kernan has been a member of the board of directors since 2018 and most recently held the position of 2nd vice president.
