SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Rachel Rockwell, of Rochester, New York, as an account manager.
Prior to joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Rockwell was an account executive at Partners + Napier. Rockwell has a master’s degree in advertising strategy from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Girard School of Business at Merrimack College.
