SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Maureen Swick Farina, of Pittsford, New York, as senior vice president of client engagement.
In her new role, Farina will be responsible for participating in the development of key client strategies and ensuring strategic alignment of the account management and project management functions within the agency’s ecosystem. She will lead the agency’s client engagement team and manage the project management team.
Farina is a 25-plus-year marketing veteran with a breadth of experience in the strategic management of accounts and driving results for clients. Before joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Farina worked at Dixon Schwabl + Company for over 20 years in a variety of marketing leadership roles, including serving as managing director of account leadership during which she oversaw the vision and strategic management of the client portfolio and led core agency growth initiatives.
Farina has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and management from St. Bonaventure University.
