SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Steve Schulz, of Liverpool, New York, as a junior digital designer.
Schulz has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
