Pinckney Hugo Group Promotes Terence Hoverter

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has promoted Terence Hoverter, of Syracuse, New York, to senior digital developer.

Hoverter has been with the agency for six years and was previously an interactive developer. He has a bachelor’s degree in information sciences and technology from Penn State Harrisburg.
