SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, recently announced the promotion of 10 team members within its creative services, digital and client engagement departments.
Creative Services
- Trisha Freeman, of Pennellville, New York, was promoted to creative director. Freeman was previously an associate creative director and has been with the agency for over 13 years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in advertising design from the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University.
- Elaina Bruno of Lee Center, New York, was promoted to associate creative director. Bruno was previously a senior art director and has been with the agency for over 11 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
- Kim Venuti of Solvay, New York, was promoted to associate creative director. Venuti was previously a senior art director and has been with the agency for 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communications from Cazenovia College.
- Katie Coffey, of Camillus, New York, was promoted to senior art director – production manager. Coffey was previously a senior art director and has been with the agency for over seven years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in communications design from the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University.

- Terence Hoverter, of Camillus, New York, was promoted to director of dev ops. Hoverter was previously a senior digital developer and has been with the agency for over nine years. He has a bachelor’s degree in information sciences and technology from Penn State Harrisburg.
- Kristin Rolfe, of Camillus, New York, was promoted to associate creative director. Rolfe was previously a senior digital designer and has been with the agency for over five years. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Le Moyne College.

- Olivia Reagan, of Fayetteville, New York, was promoted to senior account manager. Reagan was previously an account manager and has been with the agency for over four years. She has a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Marist College and a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in public relations from the College of Saint Rose.
- Scott Roberts, of Memphis, New York, was promoted to senior account manager. Roberts was previously an account manager and has been with the agency for over four years. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the State University of New York at Cortland.
- Matt Perry, of Syracuse, New York, was promoted to account manager. Perry was previously an assistant account manager and has been with the agency for nearly two years.
