SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Olivia Rickenbacher, of Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, was recently named a board member of the YMCA of Central New York. Rickenbacher, an account manager for the agency, has volunteered at YMCA branches over the past two years and formerly worked as director of communications at the Alliance of New York State YMCAs.
