SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central New York has appointed Colleen Kernan, vice president of corporate communications at Pinckney Hugo Group, to president of its board of directors. She is one of five executive committee officers on the board. Kernan has been a member of the board of directors since 2018 and most recently held the position of 1st vice president.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York operates the CNY Ronald McDonald House 24 hours a day, year-round for families whose children are hospitalized with serious illnesses or injuries. The House provides the convenience of a comfortable room and warm bed, a homecooked meal, and support and compassion at no cost to guest families.
As an agency, Pinckney Hugo Group has a longstanding relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York, having supported the local nonprofit for more than 20 years.
