Some days you want the in-person office experience, others you want to skip the commute and keep on the sweatpants. No problem.
At PHG, we're a hybrid workforce. For folks in our Syracuse and Rochester offices, you can work 2 days a week from home but the office is always bustling on Wednesdays!
Paid Time Off
Need to run out for a few hours for an appointment or personal issue? Go for it. Want to take the whole day off or get that week of vacation in? Go ahead.
To give you the flexibility for better work-life balance, team members start with 17 days off per year, plus company holidays. You'll also accumulate more the longer you’re here.

We understand talented people are in high demand these days, and we'll compensate you accordingly. In addition to generous pay and discretionary bonus opportunities, we also offer company subsidized Health, Dental and Vision Plans.

Parental Bonding Leave
We can't help with the newfound lack of sleep, but we can
give you more time to bond with your new baby, with up to eight weeks of paid time
off. For your comfort and well-being, take advantage of our dedicated Mother's room upon your return.

Bring them on in! Our offices are dog-friendly...maybe even a little dog-obsessed.
Fridays!!!
Are three exclamation points overkill? Maybe, but we do get excited about the fact that we don't just have Summer Fridays around here! We try to get a jumpstart on the weekend by leaving early on Fridays.
